How do I initiate a return or exchange for my Crossbow purchase?

Start your return or exchange through our Returns Portal. Once approved, we will email a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns shipped without approval cannot be accepted.

What is Crossbow’s return policy for full‑price items?

We accept returns or exchanges on full‑price items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused and have tags attached. Custom and sale items are final sale. In‑store purchases can be exchanged at the location of purchase with a receipt.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, email hello@shopcrossbow.com within 48 hours and our team will do their best to assist.

Wipe leather with a soft cloth and apply a light conditioner every few months. Store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Oils from your hands will create a unique patina over time, so simple care will help your belt, wallet or bag last and tell your story.

What should I do if my Crossbow leather product breaks or has an issue?

Our leather goods are built to last, and we offer repairs for issues from normal use such as stitching or hardware failure. Damage from misuse, water exposure or improper storage isn’t covered. If you need a repair, contact us with photos and we’ll advise on the best solution.

Can I order a custom Crossbow leather belt or accessory online?

We hand‑pack every order in our Colorado workshop. Most orders ship within 48 hours, though custom items may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

What shipping carriers does Crossbow use?

We ship via USPS or UPS. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.

Does Crossbow ship internationally?

Not yet. Currently we ship exclusively within the United States.
