Wipe leather with a soft cloth and apply a light conditioner every few months. Store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Oils from your hands will create a unique patina over time, so simple care will help your belt, wallet or bag last and tell your story.

What should I do if my Crossbow leather product breaks or has an issue?

Our leather goods are built to last, and we offer repairs for issues from normal use such as stitching or hardware failure. Damage from misuse, water exposure or improper storage isn’t covered. If you need a repair, contact us with photos and we’ll advise on the best solution.

How can I order a custom Crossbow hat online or in store?

Custom hats are available in store or by email consultation. For online shopping, explore our pre‑shaped wool hats like the Idarado Hat; each is built with the same craftsmanship as our custom pieces.

How long does it take for Crossbow to ship out orders?

We hand‑pack every order in our Colorado workshop. Most orders ship within 48 hours, though custom items may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

What shipping carriers does Crossbow use?

We ship via USPS or UPS. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.

Does Crossbow ship internationally?

Not yet. Currently we ship exclusively within the United States.

In-Store Purchases

We offer exchanges on eligible in-store purchases. All custom pieces, vintage items, and sale merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please bring your item(s) and receipt to the same location where the purchase was made. Our team will assist with processing your exchange.

Online Purchases

We accept returns or exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

Unworn and unused
In original condition with tags attached

Custom and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate your request. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the full purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees. Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt of your return for processing.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are processed once your return has been received and approved. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
